Limited Warranty


Eco-dynamic Tech warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Eco-dynamic Tech product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth Eco-dynamic Tech’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.


Warranty Period

 

Artpiece® products, a sub-brand of Eco-dynamics Tech, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 5 years on photovoltaic components and 3 years on all other parts from the date of installation or receipt by the original consumer. To establish the start date of the warranty period, the sales receipt from the first consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof is required.

 

Exclusions


Eco-dynamic Tech’s warranty does not apply to:

  • Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Eco-dynamic Tech's current product literature.
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
  • Any product purchased through an online auction house.

Refund


Upon the request of pre-order cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the refundable deposit if your order has not been shipped out.

Eco-dynamic Tech offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from eco-dynamic.tech. Check the following detailed situation to see if your return will be accepted:

1. Order that has not been shipped out: 30-day return without reasons is accepted. We will try to cancel the order and issue full refund of the order upon cancellation.

2. Order that has been shipped out but not received: 30-day return without reasons is accepted. We will try to intercept the parcel and buyer should help refuse the delivery if the interception fails. If parcel by any chance is delivered in this case, please refer to the following situation "Order that has been delivered but not installed"

3. Order that has been delivered but not installed: 30-day return without reasons is accepted; buyer will be responsible for returned shipping fee. Original package should remain intact.

4. Order that has been delivered and installed:

  • 4.1 30-day return without reasons is accepted on conditions: The returned goods shall not affect the future sales, and customers shall bear the all relevant costs for returning including return shipping fees, re-stocking fees(20% of Order Amount), and costs of disassembly labor fees.
  • 4.2 Appearance defects due to shipping process: we will replace the parts that has appearance defects if needed at our cost.
  • 4.3 Functional defects due to shipping process: we will replace the parts that are defective at our cost.
  • 4.4 Functional defects upon delivery or during installation: we will replace the parts that are defective at our cost; dealer should be responsible for any costs incurred during installation and materials if the defects are caused during installation.


Once we receive the authorized returned product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price.

In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:
You have purchased the product directly from eco-dynamic.tech. You contact Eco-dynamic Tech and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.


Refundable deposit


Refundable Deposit means the amount of money paid by customer as a deposit to secure an order with Eco-dynamic Tech for Pre-sale orders and a final payment is required to complete the order before we ship out items. We will issue a refund of the amount paid as refundable deposit at customer's request if the order has not been shipped out. By the final payment deadline, the buyers are required to make the final payment within the payment period indicated in the notice. If the buyer fails to pay the balance on time, the order will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be refunded to the buyer's original payment method account within 3-7 working days.

In order to make shopping more enjoyable and worry-free, we have established the following refundable deposit terms and hope it can meet your needs and bring you convenience.

1. Fully refundable deposit 

Throughout the entire process from placing an order to shipment, if you decide to cancel your order, all deposits paid can be fully refunded without any processing or additional fees. However, please note that the deposit will be returned to you within 3-7 business days after the pre-sale period is over. And once an order has been shipped, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of the deposit.

2. Restrictions on coupon usage

If you received a coupon or discount code provided by our company prior to placing an order, and used that coupon or discount code after placing an order, then when you cancel the order, the coupon or discount code will also become invalid. Therefore, you need to bear any additional costs incurred due to this.

3. Restrictions on gift usage

If you received a physical gift offered by our company when placing an order, and then decide to cancel the order and request a refund of the deposit, you must return the gift to us first. Only after we confirm that the gift is intact, can we refund the corresponding deposit. Therefore, please carefully consider whether you want to keep the gift before placing an order.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Return & Refund Conditions


Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Eco-dynamic Tech reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Eco-dynamic Tech does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.


Exchange


Eco-dynamic Tech will replace (at Eco-dynamic Tech’s expense) any Eco-dynamic Tech product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.


Limited to Original Consumer Buyer


The warranty on Eco-dynamic Tech’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
